By all accounts, 16 years is a long time. People accomplish many things, from simply graduating high school and college, to getting married, having kids, becoming grandparents, and even retiring.
But since 1999 and a Bill Clinton sex scandal and impeachment later, the fine folks in Buffalo, New York have not seen their beloved Bills in the playoffs. 16 years, we’ve grown up but not moved on from the sad fact that this city has been post season free since before the turn of the Millennium.
In a series of sports infographics, I will create a variety of visual content that interprets and graphically transforms data and statistics. This first one is devoted to how times have changed since Buffalo was last playoff bound.
