You don’t have to do anything but, if you’re so inclined, here’s how you can help us out.
1. SHARE OUR CONTENT
This is far and away the best thing you can do for us. If you’re (even mildly) entertained or informed by anything on the site, please share it. There are buttons at the bottom of each post that make it as simple as possible to send out links via email, Facebook, Twitter, etc. If you enjoy it on Facebook, choose to “share” instead of “like.” (Liking is cool, too. It’s just not as cool as sharing.) If you enjoy something you found via Twitter, re-tweet it. (It looks better as “RT,” doesn’t it?)
2. LIKE US ON FACEBOOK
There’s a Trending Buffalo page on Facebook with a little over 7000 likes. When we get to 10,000, we’ll feel like we’ve accomplished something. We like you. You should like us, too.
3. FOLLOW US ON TWITTER
Chances are that you found us through either Facebook or Twitter but we’d really appreciate the opportunity to bombard you with our thoughts reach out to you on both platforms. If you’ve got an account, it’s as simple as clicking “follow.”
4. LISTEN TO OUR PODCASTS
We’ve done nearly 100 podcasts (many of them entertaining)— think radio without commercials or a pesky FCC license to worry about– and there are multiple ways to get to them.
- Use the player within each individual post.
- Subscribe on iTunes.
- Grab them via Stitcher.

5. USE OUR AMAZON LINK
If you shop on Amazon.com, click through our link to get there and then shop as you normally would. You spend no extra cash but we are able to take a small commission on your purchases. Essentially, it’s like you pretending you would never have heard of Amazon if not for us. It’s the modern version of asking you to roll into a store and “tell them Trending Buffalo sent you.”
6. ATTEND OUR EVENTS
From time to time, we’ll put together some sort of a public event. Be there. Bring your friends.
