Every team hits injuries in the course of a season . But , the difference between good teams and so-rans , good teams don’t use injuries bug as a excuse . They TRY to win a few games , and that’s what the Sabres didn’t do . So , they should have jumps Lucic for hitting Miller , and a few other games that other teams did . But they didn’t . It only comes down to one person , Ruff . He can’t coach . And that’s part of the reason they haven’t made the playoffs only once in the last 5 years . As long as he is the head coach , the Sabres won’t win anything .And the only reason that they traded Roy , was for what he said after the season was over . He called Ruff out . How long before Black and Darcy come to the conclusion , that they had to fire Ruff ? They should had done that when Pegula became the new owner , but he has a soft spot for the ex-players . Well , how long before you , the ownership and the G.M. , along with the Pres., will come with the right moves ? They can get the best players to play in Hockey Heaven , but , you won’t win until you fire Ruff . That’s the bottom line .
